On the hunt for a superstar BDM

Help us tackle Australia’s 7.9B tonne food waste problem. We’re looking for a sales superstar to 10X Bardee’s sustainable impact by helping businesses to divert food waste from landfill.

This is a full-time position with equity in the company and attractive performance based incentives, reporting directly to the General Manager.

Why Bardee?

Our mission is to reshape the global food system. To do this, we transform food waste 🥗 into protein for pet food 🐶 and animal feed 🐓, and certified organic fertiliser 🌲 with insects 🐛 ~ learn more about what we do here.

Bardee’s certified organic fertiliser, Superfly, has launched across Australia direct to growers and through distributors and we are now ready to substantially grow the number of farmers using Superfly to rebuild their soil and grow more food. As the only company in Australia capable of producing black soldier fly (BSFL) frass fertiliser in volume, we have a unique opportunity to bring these crop and soil benefits, that cannot be replicated through other fertiliser production methods,, to the Australian market. There are exciting new product development and large commercial partnerships in the pipeline that'll help you be successful in this role.

Recently, Bardee was also certified to produce carbon credits by the Australian Government Clean Energy Regulator (CER) in a global landmark case and we announced our plans to build a fertiliser mega factory here in Australia, producing 100 tonnes of fertiliser per day.
