What is Bardee?

Bardee is reshaping the global food system. To do this we transform food waste into protein and fertiliser with insects. Every tonne of insect protein we produce offsets 50 tonnes of CO2e emissions. And we’re paid three times: to receive food waste at our sites, for high-quality insect protein, and rich organic fertiliser.

We aspire to live by our core values:

Accountability to nature

Speed with integrity

Live passionately, be formidable
